Chef Shawn O’Leary bases his concept of an “All From Scratch Kitchen” on 23 years of hospitality experience. It also doesn’t hurt that he grew up in New England, or that his Portugese grandparents introduced him to kale soup with linguica, meat pies, malasadas and sweet bread.
